"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. I think we went there 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The gated community was quiet and relaxing and at evenings/ nights i just sit out on the verandah and soak in that fresh...

"I prepaid, as required, for this place for a family vacation. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the place was no longer available. This meant that my family of 6, including 3 kids (11 and under) were left without a hotel on Christmas. I cannot evwn begin to explain how heartless this act was. Please, never rent from here."
