The room had indoor/outdoor type carpet that felt damp and there was instant nescafe for coffee. Stark white walls. The shower had mold. We were to receive a parking code to access parking and never received a response despite numerous emails. Instead, we kept getting a useless canned response that was in French even though...

"This was the worst hotel I ever had in my entire lifetime. When arriving at the hotel we thought it was the wrong place, looked like a rebuilt workshop. They have totally 3 rooms with one toilet and one shower separate outside rooms. All 3 rooms have a very low standard, simple and uncomfortable. My reservation includes continental breakfast but the only thing that was available was coffee, juice, bred and Jams. I can’t understand why this hotel is available and allowed on Hotel.com homepage.
