“I have been a Bonvoy member for years and this was booked as a work trip. This was my first time at The Renaissance Andi expected so much more!!! Normally when I walk into a Marriott room the TV is on, the lights are on and the room is cool. I walked into a dark, hot room that smelled like wet dog!
