"I didn’t like having to pay an extra fee for services that I didn’t use. The gym should be included in the room rate. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for that when I didn’t use it. The breakfast was not worth $70. The layout is really weird. It takes a long time to get to your actual room, but the room itself was comfortable and the staff was friendly."

"It's a relatively nea property, so very clean. Rooms are good. Location is amazing as it overlooks the HBS campus. The staff can do better by providing ready solutions to their customers when required and coordinate better with each other. Thos can enhance the experience for sure!"

"We went with a big group of our junior high school students for college Tours up in Boston and I must say we all loved our stay! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and overall so warm and helpful! It’s such a cool place to stay at too! Specially if you value art and support local artists and vendors. Breakfast was great! And they have a restaurant downstairs which is a plus! I will be returning with my own family for sure! :)"
