"Room and rest of house was very clean, right beside a large shopping plaza with lots of food options and a walmart, almost always got a quick response after messaging them during my stay, parking situation wasnt great because of how many other guests had cars but we were able to manage"

"I’ve stayed at this property several times. I was disappointed at the cleanliness when I checked in. There were crumbs on the coffee table. One of the bath towels was obviously used and put back as it has a strong odour. Later in the week I went to use another towel and facecloth and both were stained with black marks that looked like someone used them to wipe the floors. The towels were definitely older and should be replaced. Also the TV kept disconnecting from the internet daily making it very frustrating to watch. The staff tried their best to correct this and also had the suite cleaned again. If you value having a TV don’t stay in unit 1606 as the staff couldn’t fix the internet problem. I definitely will stay again but request a different room to have a working TV. "
