"By far the best hotel Myrtle Beach has to offer, which is kind of sad considering it's a major tourist destination with 100's of hotels. All-inclusive resort with amazing pools, tannings spots, spa, hot tubs, restaurants, and private beach access. The front desk and hotel staff were not particularly welcoming, friendly, or hospitable, but the hot attentive pool boy and experienced female bar tenders made up for it. Rooms are dated, but extremely comfortable. This is a true resort: you can fly into MYR, uber to the hotel, and not leave the compound for your entire stay. I actually would advise NOT to venture out into the wasteland that is known as "dirty Myrtle." Heed my advice, you'll have am much better vacation. "

"This hotel was disgusting and completely unsanitary. We had to switch rooms twice because of dirt—used, stained towels and beds that clearly weren’t changed. Not a place for a baby at all. Staff was weird and unprofessional, and they only had one luggage cart, which is ridiculous. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. I was so bothered that I did not enjoy my stay. It was very aggravating. I had to go to the local dollar store to buy cleaning things to clean my own room bleach it down."

"False advertised oceanfront room. Beyond filthy Parking garage is a disaster waiting to happening! On top of that ZERO parking spaces. Front desk clerk was beyond rude and gave attitude when called about the room than I received vs what I paid for. NEVER AGAIN! "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. The only small issue was we had loud neighbors ( which of course isn’t anyone’s at the hotel fault.) But almost asked for a room change but didn’t want to put the staff through any changes. Played sleep sounds and we eventually went to sleep."

"I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. "
