โGreat staff, great suites, just the cleanliness of the carpets, rugs, hallways, and elevators is a bit worn down and outdated, but this is fine. I like that the resort didn't feel corporate and felt family-friendly. I think if they replaced the carpets, it'd do wonders for the place.โ
โCheck in was okay with the older lady but some of the middle aged men and women where kinda rude and not helpful but the older lady with glasses was wonderful I'm not sure of her name she was there when I check at 430 on 8/29/25โ
โBeach view. They didnโt have the room we requested but were accommodating even as busy as they were. We ended up with a room very similar to our room weโve had several years in a row. Very friendly staff and non intrusive. Pool was cleaned daily and warmโฆ condo was can and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Decor was minimal tasteful and cute โบ๏ธ. Overall very satisfied with our stay. โ
โMy family spent this vacation here in Myrtle Beach.The room was a little small, but there was no great inconvenience in using it.The water park was very good and the other swimming pool in the Outside was good.During our 4days stay, Housekeeper never cleaned the floor of our room, and she couldn't even fill the towel, shampoo, and rinse. Except for this, it was very good.โ
โWe liked that it was easy accessibility to the beach and that the area was quiet. We were able to travel not far to restaurants and shopping. We loved that the property had smart tvโs however the bathroom in the unit needed work around the baseboards. There were no usb outlets which was disappointing. The unit was nice and the grounds were well maintained. The grounds were immaculate and everyone was so nice. We would stay here again in the future. Mr. & Mrs. Whiteโ
