What a great place. I love the modern design of the rooms and the high-tech conveniences. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are not skimpy with the towels. The people who work here are the best, thoughtful, attentive, and responsive. I like Alt hotels generally, and this is a really good one!

Room was small but cozy. We had a partial view room but it had a lovely view of the harbour. Bed and pillows were so comfortable! Loved the rain shower but the water temperature must be regulated as I could not get the water quite hot enough for me. Nice to have onsite parking but having to pay extra for parking as a customer of the hotel still baffles me.

These guys are so awesome. I had the WORST flight experience and was delayed two days arriving. When I finally got there, this hotel was helpful, clean, friendly and centrally located. The front desk staff went above and beyond and were so kind, courteous and understanding. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
