There were no employees there was a guy standing at the front desk waiting to check out before we came downstairs. She finally got helped after about 10 minutes if not longer. Then the young lady that came down to put in coffee cups was dressed like she walked in off the street slippers on sweatpants on winter coat hair and absolute mess. When we were checking in, the gentleman was busy paying attention to some sporting event on his phone. I understand your renovating because you just took over the hotel, but maybe some signs of explaining that or telling people that we were not the only guest discussing the fact that the hotel was a mess. We will not stay there again."
