The staff was great and the the entrance was nice. But the room lamp shades were all scratched up and walls all marked up and the chair had some stuff on it when we got there. The toliet clogged to shortly after but the staff was great and very helpful.

Conveniently located close to downtown St. Louis. Room was not necessarily dirty but more unkept. Tv was the size of a playing card on a giant wall with holes around it like they had an old bigger one at some point. Things like that. Staff was friendly but I truly did not feel safe. Just a bad area.

The parking lot is blocked in all directions, the pool is not open, requested two queen beds and received a queen and rollaway bed, one elevator does not work, staff didn’t greet guests at all. The room wasn’t dirty so that was a plus. Tiles in the bathroom are not secured to the sub floor. The shower curtain was not wide enough for the curved shower bar and water leaked everywhere.

Casino is right there. The arch is right there. Room was clean. Bed was nice. Small TV. Refrigerator in the room. The price was good. I would stay again. If you are looking for fancy this is not the place. If your looking for fun it is the place.
