I spent the first night in a room without air conditioning. Reported the issue, was told it was fixed. It wasn't. Had to get a 2nd room for my 2nd night. Was not offered any credit or discount due to having to sleep in a room over 80 degrees.

Nice newer hotel. Was a little hard to find entrance on a busy road. Friendly staff. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Not far from zoo.

Clean and comfortable hotel. It was a very busy hotel while I was there, and I never heard my neighboring rooms (incredibly important to me). Wide selection of breakfast items.
