This hotel had a friendly staff, a good free breakfast and is a clean, well maintained hotel. It is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the Convention Center from the property. Within steps of the property are a good Mexican restaurant, Rosalita's Cantina and a solid bar, Hair of the Dog.

Couldn’t ask for anything better! 24/7 security. Front desk ladies were absolutely amazing!!! Room was perfect, quiet, heat worked great, and beds were so comfy. Breakfast staff was happy and chipper. Valet left our car at the front because we had to leave extremely early to get myself to the hospital for surgery. Will DEFINITELY stay here every 2 months when I have to go up to the hospital. Breakfast looked amazing but I can’t comment on it because I didn’t eat due to being NPO.

I will say the area felt a bit unsafe. There is a valet parking fee that feels mandatory; otherwise, street parking is hourly and can be risky. The staff were very nice and accommodating when we needed to check out early, which I greatly appreciated. Breakfast was fairly average, but the room was clean. The hotel is dog-friendly, which we appreciated.

I felt that the staff and facility were fine. Location met my needs well. However the phone system was down for the entire time of my stay. There was no communication with the hotel from the room, which may have contributed to my room being opened by staff while I was in the room BOTH DAYS! This was unacceptable.

A nice spot if you are hoping to stay in downtown St. Louis. The whole process was straightforward; I was allowed to do my own thing and enjoy my own space. The free breakfast is always a bonus.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Breakfast was always chaotic and busy, but the staff did a good job of cleaning and keeping the food stocked. It was nice having a Belgian waffle maker. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was big and had a lot of great equipment. The only complaint (small one) I had was that the Peloton's were not working.
