"They are a pet friendly hotel. The room I was in has dog poop on the floor in the corner by the bed. I don't have a dog. This was reported immediately and the recommendation was for me to move after already moving I to the room after driving 10 hours. I had already picked up the poop and flushed it. I then went to get the extra blanket and it had been wadded up and stuffed in the closet......used. I told them the manager needed to call me. She never called. I called from the road, she didn't answer. I called their corporate office and was told it would take a week for someone to reach out to me. So not stay at this property. Disgusting rooms and absent management and customer service."
