"When we went the breakfast bar was almost empty and we went around 8am. I was extremely upset with the pool as there was only ladders to get out of the pool that has 2 steps it makes it extremely hard to get out of. It would be horrible if an elder person or someone who can’t climb the step be if they where to get into the pool. I was most excited for the pool. "

"We stay at Loews everytime we have gone to the Anime convention and comicon and will continue to do so. Staff is awesome! It was super busy but valet was still parking cars for those that were staying in the hotel, which is what I do. Rooms clean and cozy. Room service was great and timely. One small thing would be having a microwave in the rooms. "
