โGreat stay - very central, comfortable and well equipped, we were stopping over on the way to the Alps and this spot was ideal. Cannot fault Christophe - great host, very accommodating and excellent communication.โ
โTrรจs bon hรดtel 4 รฉtoiles, nous avons eu un petit soucis car nous avions demandรฉ ร ce que notre chambre soit nettoyer et รงa n'a pas รฉtรฉ fait mais nous en avons discutรฉ avec le responsable qui c'est excusรฉ et nous a directement surclassรฉ. Le restaurant est bon, mais les serveuses manque d'expรฉrience .. sinon l'hรดtel est trรจs propre avec de bon service et trรจs bien situรฉ. Je vous le recommandeโ

โThe hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean.โ
โA comfortable and spacious bedroom.
Only downside was a separate toilet with no washbasin, meaning that you had to visit the main bathroom anywayโ
โThere is no door in the bathroom, there is a strong smell in the bathroom, and can hear from the next room due to not good quality construction. There is no soap and the parking is very small.
And all the towels are super olds๐ญโ
โWhat a wonderful little hotel! So pretty and characterful. It's in a fabulous location in the city centre, right next to restaurants, brasseries and bistrots, and only a few minutes walk from the cathedral, canal and museum.
The staff were lovely and so helpful (special thanks to the gentleman who warmly welcomed us on the evening off 26/08).
The hotel has nice common spaces including a little bar and a pool table, and its own parking which is handy. Nice dรฉcor too.
