The hotel staff was friendly and was also very accommodating to me with an early check-in, as I was travelling that morning from West Palm Beach to St Pete for a funeral. Also, the breakfast was very nice, especially the automatic pancake making machine was a "go to" treat.

The rooms smelled like mold and the furnishings were old. The lamp in my room was rusted and had mildew on the lamp shade. I found 2 roaches, one in the bathroom and one on the dresser. The Staff was very friendly.

Good location, nice staff. Sheets are old & pilling. Nice bathrooms. Lousy alarm clocks you can't use. Smoking area outside does not have ashtray & cigarettes are scattered. I do not smoke. Unpleasant site to look at. Good parking.

Pool hours

Good location and safe. Close to many attractions. Better than average breakfast. Need fruit though. Highly disappointed in pool hours! This is FLORIDA. Do not close the pool at 6 p.m.!!!! We are just getting back to the room around 7 and would like to swim!. 10 p.m. like many of the other hotels, it should be closed.

I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The room smelled. Old furniture. One of the cabinet drawers had a hinge that was hanging there and the two screws just sitting in the cabinet. No idea how or why There was a kitchen area with zero utensils, plates and other general dining necessities. Comfort: The bed was clean and ok. The shower pressure wasn’t good nor was the Luke warm water. Staff: Nice. I can’t blame them for any of the above things.

Hotel is good, needs to be updated though. Our door only locked when we used the inside latch. Breakfast was good and free, that's a plus. Loved the King size bed, we slept well. Temperature of room was great.

Was central for our needs in St. Pete everything was great from checking in to checking out. My wife left her sunglasses in the room when we checked out and the girl who cleaned the room turned it into the front desk they called, and we came back to get them. Very happy with he staff there.

The property had been recently updated, and the outside and interior spaces were attractive, bright, and clean. The particular guest room I was in had a few maintenance issues. The toilet seat was extremely loose. The AC apparently had a slow leak since the floor around the AC was very damp when walking in the area with socks on. As a result of the dampness, there was a slightly off-putting odor in the room.

Our soccer family enjoyed hanging out together outside and cooking on our grill. Having a nice space for kids to run around safely was a plus! Hotel staff was super nice and the hotel itself was great.
