Hi. Beautiful hotel! WOW! I would add in the room a chair, more electrical outlet with grounds for the computer and ceiling lights. The bathroom is gorgeous!I gad a remodeled room

We visited to spend time with family that lives close by. The Property is currently under renovation which we expected. The lady at front desk at check in needs to work on her customer service persona. Don’t ask for any help from other employees they . We only encountered one employee that was polite and helpful the first night we were there he was wonderful. Elevator went out while we were visiting. The actual room was great up to date. However there was not a chair to sit on in the room. Or a microwave or coffee station. The only reason we would stay here again would be for the rate we paid.

The room was fine but had the following issues: the TV did not work most of the time. Staff said it would repair it but it wasn’t repaired until the 4th day of my stay. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order several days during my stay. There was a constant concrete chopping noise that prevented me from sleeping in the morning. There was no complimentary coffee every day. Based on the above, I had to check out one day early and moved to another hotel. I asked the staff if they could comp me one nights stay but they said it’s not possible because I booked the reservations through Expedia. I will never stay at that hotel ever again and I will not recommend it to any of my friends, family or colleagues

The room appears to be clean in the pictures advertised online but when we checked in, it was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, the surfaces on the counters were dirty, the shower had white stuff on the floor, I’m not sure if it was grout or something else. The light switch had goo-ey substance on it, I was not happy with the cleanliness of the place. I understand it’s under construction, which you can hear every morning at 9am, but I still expected my room to be clean. The blinds didn’t cover the outer parts of the window and because the hotel has bright exterior lights, it almost felt like it was daytime every night. They also don’t provide simple amenities like a toothbrush, I asked for one and they looked at me like I asked a stupid question. What hotel doesn’t provide basic necessities?

The hotel is completely under construction. When we pulled in it looked like it had been abandoned. It wasn't until driving around we found a side door open and checked in. If you go through the wrong door you will be stuck on the first floor with no entrance to the actual hotel. The room was beautiful when we got to it, there is no working elevator so you have to use the stairs. Only checkout options are 11 or 12 for late checkout... Went to checkout at 11 and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. There are no chairs in the lobby to sit and no covered spots outside to sit if you need to wait for a Uber or lyft. A warning of the conditions we were about to walk into would have been nice since expedia gave us no warning at all. Again beautiful rooms and hallways when construction is complete it will be gorgeous.

The lady when I checked in was amazing but unfortunately all of the employees there were too worried about where I parked what door I went in blah blah blah. I had a U-Haul so I was told to park in the back. I did that was a problem and I used the back door because I was told it was okay because I had to park in the back and yep I got a harsh talking to by two different employees. Even though I'm the guest and I'm a grown up. And I was already told it was fine. And they're like well we're employees here and I just kind of disregarded it. They started out harsh but then tried to cover it up at the end but it was still ridiculous. People forget that people pay to stay there so who cares what door they go in really. In addition to that they keep it propped open the employees do so that's got to be an issue on them. Just saying overall the room was very nice exactly like the pictures which you never find so I'm happy about it minus the employees

Horrible condition of building and surrounginds. Although some rooms are already nicely remodeled the while building is under heavy construction and is very inconvenient to check in. I had a late night arrival and had to wait outside a side door, calling a number in the window, and wait for someone else to open the door. Then the front desk clerk wasn't to be found as she was walking her dog at 11:44 pm. This is an old Red Roff Inn (and it shows) with interior wall stuccos falling appart in pieces, without functioning elevators. The front door entrance has a massive steel structure being erected with tons of concrete and debris on the ground, making access to the lobby unsafe and not convenient. There's zero security in and out of the building and the neighborhood doesn't look inviting, to say the least. A place under this level of construction shouldn't be allowed to open to the public until 80-90% of the remodelarion is done. At least.
