Absolutely not a 2 star hotel
Hotel is in an old building. Staff is helpful but they can't speak English. Location is a bit away from everywhere. I am not familiar with hotel star system in Russia but in Expedia it was 3.5 stars and it is absolutely wrong. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in europe, us, middle east or far east and I would even not give this hotel 2 stars. In fact this hotel is better than only one of my previous experience, which the closet was in the shower tub and it was a 1 star hotel. Old building, no up keeping, no transportation.

Командировочным не рекомендую!
Обслуживание: за трое суток убрали в номере 1 раз - в первый день. Питание: шведский стол, качество - среднее. Звукоизоляция: средняя - слышны разговоры китайцев за стенами и дверью. Администратор не выдала отчётные документы для бухгалтерии, сославшись на то, что я делал заказ номера в гостинице по интернету и оплачивал по карточке на Hotels.com. Якобы в связи с этим у гостиницы нет передо мной никаких обязательств по выдаче отчётных документов. Выезжал я в субботу и администратор не решилась побеспокоить своё руководство этим недоразумением. Бухгалтер, которому рискнула позвонить администратор, приняла её позицию, т.е. гостиница не выдаёт отчетных документов проживающим, заказавшим и оплатившим своё проживание через интернет. Итог - проблемы с авансовым отчётом в бухгалтерии. Командировочным не рекомендую.

К сожалению отель оставляет желать намного лучшего
К сожалению положительных моментов практически нет. Представили номер не тот, что бронировали, пришлось сдвигами одноместные кровати. В номере холодно, так как окно закрывается не плотно. Приходится ждать когда вода нагреется. За все время проживания уборку толком не сделали, только лишь поменяли полотенце, и то несколько оно чистое вопрос, так как видели что она сушатся на лестничной периле.

Оказалось не так плохо, как написано в предыдущих
Забронировала номер за полтора месяца до поездки. По приезду оказалось, что свободного двухместного номера, с отдельными кроватями, который я бронировала - нет. Нас поселили в номер с двуспальной кроватью. Меня этот вариант устроил, т.к. в номере был ещё диван и мы с ребёнком нормально устроились. Кстати, такой номер дороже у них стоит, но с нас доплату не попросили. В номере было чисто, но интерьер "бедненький", обои на стенах возле выключателей залапаные. Администраторы вежливые, внимательные. Поразил "шведский стол"... Завтрак у них с 8 до 10:30, но уже в 9 выбор отсутствует. Т.е. если блюдо закончилось - не пополняется, а к 10-то наверное ничего вообще не остаётся... И так то выбирать не из чего: лапша да сосиски. И варенье ещё. Банальный омлет встретился лишь однажды и то нам его не хватило(. Кафе и бар работают до 19 часов. Мы приехали в субботу в 2 часа дня и ничего не работало, т.е. даже кофе попить и перекусить негде было. Напомнило мне это дом отдыха при заводе, для простых рабочих - ездила я как-то в такой в 90-е годы... Район понравился тем, что кажется будто ты где-то в пригороде, далеко от городской суеты, но в то же время совсем недалеко от центра, хотя конечно нужно добираться на транспорте. Была бы речка почище (на берегу Екатерингоффки стоит гостиница), место вообще живописным было бы. Убирали в номере только тогда, когда повесишь табличку с просьбой убрать номер. Вобщем там можно остановиться переночевать, если бы подешевле было.

К сожалению планы изменились и мы с друзьями остановились в частной гостинице около воинской части в Стреглово, где служит мой сын.Это оказалось удобно и экономично.Единственное сожаление это потеря 3.800руб. за один день проживания в гостинице (неустойка) очень не справедливые условия...В спешке не прочитала внимательно условия, но я считаю, что это не справедливо, учитывая, что бронь была на 2 дня!!!!!

Отель не плохой,район промышленный,магазины далеко.на переначивать сойдет.номер уютный,wi-fi ловил в номере,а у других постояльцв с этим были проблемы.номер убирали в местах доступа,паутина над кроватями,за холодильником нашли монетку от предыдущего гостя,мелкий мусор,палас в пятнах и др.за это минус.

Für den Preis war das Hotel noch in Ordnung
Es war eine Städtetripreise. Man wusste, dass das Hotel außerhalb vom Zentrum Sankt-Petersburgs war, aber die Gegend war nicht besonders gut, außerdem gab es einige Mangel bei dem Hotel, die für den Touristen ohne russische Sprache schwierig sind.
