Gran alojamiento, muy céntrico

Muy buena experiencia. Ubicación excelente, a pocos metros de la estación de metro Nevskiy Prospekt. Al llegar al edificio nos llevamos la impresión de que iba a ser un hotel viejo y mal cuidado, pero todo lo contrario, está nuevo, muy bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario. El desayuno está muy bien. Calidad/precio muy muy buena.

La camera era molto bella e abbastanza pulite,la doccia dovrebbe essere lavata meglio ,sopratutto ai bordi.Di eccezionale c'è la posizione,al centro della zona storica, vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse.

데스크가 너무 좁고 조식뷔페에 신선식품 없습니다. 슬리퍼는 요청해서 받아야 하고요. 이외에는 솔직히 가성비 좋습니다 위생 면으로 보면 골든 트라이앵글보다도 나은 느낌이에요

Room was new and clean, but very noisy from other rooms. The position of rooms in 4-th floor without elevator is not good. Breakfast in other building oposite hotel also. I was ipreviously more time in the Hotel Grand, but this time I was disappointed.

Lamentable

Las habitaciones estaban en otro edificio distinto al hotel, estaba en una 5 planta sin ascensor.el estado del portal y escaleras era muy deteriorado y viejo.Uno de los pisos estaba con ocupas q hicieron fiesta viernes y sábado. ( las dos noches q estuvimos), daba miedo pasar entre ellos para llegar a nuestra planta, El precio q pagamos era igual o superior al de otros clientes q estaban en el hotel, por lo q no entendemos nada.

First of all, our room is located 5/F in local residential building with 5 stories, not inside hotel. We need to go upstairs with our luggages. I don't expect the hotel service like this. In addition, someone who isn't the house keeper can open my room without my permission, and I was bathing in the moment. It is a serious problem in hotel security. I can't write all the problems in here but I would appreciate that your company could follow up with this hotel. Thanks

Останавливаемся в этой сети отелей 2-й раз; номер только после реновации:чисто,уютно; в номере был чайный набор( для нас-это плюс). Из минусов- Очень маленькая раковина!! Завтраки хорошие,включают даже кашу.Персонал отеля-приветливый,быстро реагирует на просьбы. Расположение отеля: супер! Все главные достопримечательности рядом,в шаговой доступности. Кстати, сотрудники этой сети отелей своевременно отвечают на письма по вопросам цен и бронирования. Поездка была в сентябре. Последний штрих: у меня был день рождения,но сотрудники отеля этот факт не учли. Пустяк,но как-то...

Great value for money

This is a budget hotel and, as such, is excellent value for money. The room and bathroom were small but clean and more than adequate. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff on reception had good English and were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is is in a great location, just off Nevsky Prospekt and within walking distance of most of the main sites. Nevsky Prospekt is a very lively street with musicians and other performers at nearly every corner. As a result it can be noisey at night and especially at the weekends with a loud music. The hotels offers earplugs for light sleepers! I brought my own and slept perfectly. However, bear this in mind if you are someone who has trouble sleeping.

Location, location, location.

Great option right in the middle of the action in St. Petersburg. The only bothering thing was that there was no elevator with room located on the fifth floor. Breakfast could be better as well.

Buena ubicación, pero

El hotel tiene dos edificios, el segundo es a media cuadra y pasas por un callejón. Son los pisos 5 y 6 de un edificio más viejo y no tiene elevador. Y nada de esta información viene en la información del hotel. Lo que sí es que está súper ubicado.

近旅遊景點的酒店

離地鐵站約10分鐘步程，從酒店走到熱鬧大街約2分鐘。近冬宮、滴血教堂。到彼得保羅要塞約20至30分鐘。訂房時不知是安排到另一幢樓的五樓(無升降機)，由酒店職員搬行李帶至另一地方民居內，拍卡進入一幢樓再步上五樓，樓內環境令人不安(不慣)，到頂層再拍卡進入真正的住宿樓層，內裏新裝修，房內也新和整潔，算舒適，惟浴室內的洗手盆偏小，很不方便。酒店自助早餐很好吃。

A warehouse room near the hotel building

They said the room we book is not in the hotel building but a run down warehouse type of building nearby. The warehouse building without a lift which we have to climb 5 floor with languages.... Finally I demand for a room in the hotel building regardless....
