Friendly staff and best location in town!
Don’t get surprised by the gate to enter to the hotel as it is not a good first impression , once you get in the staff and hotel is excellent ! The staff were all very friendly and helpful to all my touristic questions! The location next to metro and le hermitage and the river boats makes it a hotel that I will definitely stay again and recommend!

Perfect Location Good facilities
Don’t book anywhere else as it has everything you need with excellent location in the heart of St Petersburg close to all the main attractions only issue is rooms are pretty small but we asked and were changed to a larger room which again still small so if you prefer spacious rooms don’t book here but if you are out all day and wanna stay in a very convenient place then this is the best hotel and it is very clean very helpful staff good breakfast and tea nd espresso coffee for free during the day at level 2. A great restaurant also next to the hotel . One more issue is that the hotel entrance is a bit weird you might have difficulty finding it for the first time it so actually inside a garage kind of place you pass the gate and there it is .

Tiny cramped rooms
Claustrophobic? Don't stay here. The photos of rooms are a misrepresentation. What looks like a spacious room was in reality a tiny prison cell with no window. Paid extra to upgrade but staff admitted the pic was from another hotel location owned by this chain.
