"All the staff were very lovly, unfortunately i wouldn't rate this property as 5 star as its very warn and rough round the edges,. When we got to pur room 101 my husband ran a bath, the water was brown and had black bits floating around, we called house keeping and for the next 30 mins it was still not clear, so a guy on reception kindly moved us to a room where the water was clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent and staff very nice, wouldn't stay the night again, but would eat in the restaurant. "

"From the moment we arrived we knew we’d chosen well. We received a very friendly welcome from the receptionist & were delighted to have been upgraded from a superior room to a suite. The room had a beautiful spacious bathroom with fluffy bath robes & organic toiletries. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with a rustic charm as the name ‘The Farmhouse’ would hint at but with luxurious touches. We also ate in the restaurant 3 evenings & had room service one evening too. The food was delicious & the service very attentive. Breakfast was excellent, lots of cooked options & very generous portion sizes. We couldn’t find fault with any element of our stay here. We chose this hotel as we wanted somewhere small but with an element of luxury. We absolutely loved every minute. "

"5 ⭐️ staff and service. The hotel overall is lovely, it is dated in some places but very clean and well presented and maintained. I pointed out to Will and Trond on reception a couple of issues with my room (as constructive criticism, not a complaint) that my bijou single room has the smallest shower unit and toilet space I have ever seen on my travels, it is not suitable for a large person; and a small fridge in the room would be nice to keep drinks cold. The staff are amazing, nothing was any trouble or inconvenience to them, they helped make my stay very enjoyable. I had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely housemaids (apologies ladies, I didn’t get your names), Phil, Fabio, Dev, Damon, Shaffi and Marcio; you all do a grand job 👍 😊 The veggie/vegan menu is limited, Marcio very kindly arranged with the chef for me to have avocado every morning for breakfast, thank you Marcio and chef, this was very much appreciated (and delicious). I also visited The Marton guest house further up the road, it is the sister hotel to The Pandora, I met newly appointed manager Josmely, a lovely young lady; good luck Josmely in your new adventure at The Marton. I would totally recommend The Pandora, I hope to revisit again when Harolds Bar is up and running."
