“The hotel was okay overall, but there were several issues that affected my stay. There were a lot of ants in the room, and the shower water ran onto the bathroom floor. Also, the hotel has a strict policy against having more than one guest use the bathroom, which resulted in my cousins being turned away. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and guest hospitality.”
“I expected more during my stay, they’re no microwave in the rooms. The room service was excellent. The tea and coffee station was very poor. The coffee area needs to upgrade Thwre needs to be a complimentary package, like shampoo , conditioner, hand soap Bath soap here at the Cobblestone hotel. The Air conditioning was excellent. But otherwise I enjoy my stay here and will come again.”
“Room and bed were great in the Presidential suite. Room service was difficult and adequate at best but the staff and cleaning services were excellent. I stayed here twice and will do so each time I visit Trinity Medical School”
