Stayed at the property on our way to SPA for the F1 Race. Convenient and friendly. The rooms are a BIT dated, but comfortable and nice. Definitely a race weekend crowd. Felt very safe and comfortable. Good dining options in town.

The location is surprisingly pleasant, next to a park with beautiful view. The room is large. However the hotel feels quite run down, filled with very old furnishings and carpet. It is not very clean either.

Definitely not enough parking on a busy night. We had to park where there was no parking space but no one seemed to notice since we arrived late and left early. Staff was friendly but the person at the front desk was also the bar tender and she was very busy serving so it took us about 30 minutes to check in.

Very comfortable and large room. Beautifully appointed and clean. Helpful staff, breakfasts excellent. Easy access to small town and sited almost within a lovely park. Surrounding area well worth a visit and is in easy distance of the Nurburgring. Excellent value with good WiFi access

A great place to lay your head down
We were looking for a place to stay around the Nurburgring for the 24-hour race. Luckily enough this hotel had one room left, for the price and location we took it. I'm so glad that we did, the room was spacious and had a great view of the village. Highly recommend

Het inchecken ging niet goed. Een kamer zonder deur en er werd verbouwd. Het duurde even voordat we een andere kamer toegewezen kregen.

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Auch auf Nachfrage war kein entsprechendes Zimmer zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war nur halb so groß als angegeben, kein Balkon, keine Handtuchhalter im BAD, keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche. Kein Licht in der Dusche. In der Dusche stand eine Flasche Badeschaum auf den Boden. Nur ein Zahnputzglas im Doppelzimmer. Zimmer war nicht sauber und im schlechten Zustand. Die Bettbezüge waren unterschiedlich. Kein Kleiderschrank. Zimmer sollte eigentlich schallisoliert sein, war es aber nicht. Die Türe hatte an der Zarge und unterhalb der Tür große Spalte, so dass Licht vom Flur durchscheinte.

*Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen . Frühstück ok Raum war wie in der Kantine . Bauschutt wurde um 23 Uhr in den Container geschmissen .Nicht nur einmal !!! Bett war aber Super .

Large room with balcony. TV even with 4 Dutch channels (not common). Wifi (WLAN) was weak and often dropped out - no streaming possible. There was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, but otherwise it was clean. The door rattled when a door opened elsewhere in the corridor (solved by folding an advertising brochure like an accordion and tucking it in between). Breakfast and dinner buffet was tasty. Nice staff. Italian restaurant and 2 snack bars within walking distance.

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich Betten gut und bequem Sauberkeit der Zimmer kostenlose Parkplätze - Allgemein in die Jahre gekommen, somit nicht mehr modern und ein wenig verwohnt und entsprechender Allgemeinzustand - nur niedeländinsches Fernsehen und Youtube-Streaming, keine deutschen Programme verfügbar. - Warmes Wasser im Bad nur verfügbar, wenn Waschbecken und Dusche gleichzeitig laufen

Tolles, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und wunderschöner Umgebung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Durch die vielen Besucher und dadurch dass es etwas hellhörig ist, war es abends öfter etwas lauter.

Das Zimmer hätte auch einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, aber es war alles einwandfrei sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles geboten und war reichhaltig, obwohl das Hotel nicht stark frequentiert war. Ich hatte ein Komfort-Doppelzimmer reserviert, das hier mit 33m² angegeben war. Tatsächlich war das Zimmer höchstens halb so groß. Da mir die Ausstattung des Zimmers ohne Teppichboden wichtiger war als die Zimmergröße habe ich hier deswegen nichts unternommen. Was meiner Ansicht nach für ein Zimmer dieser Preisklasse gar nicht geht, ist der unhygienische (und bereits stark vergilbte) Duschvorhang vor der Dusche.
