"Called the day before to confirm room. They didn’t tell me about the exit to get to their place was closed. Staff wasn’t very helpful regarding places to eat after 9:00PM arrival. Then the room had NO outlets that would hold my cords in them tight enough to have anything get recharged. Staff was pretty good but need more training "

"When we arrived we were told they were overbooked. There was no room for us. They said Expedia booked customers were overbooked. Several hotels in the area were full. we had no where to stay. Expedia owes me a re fund and I will never use Expedia nor this Hotel chain again!"
