Our room had electrical issues so we were moved across the hall where we discovered that room also had electrical issues. We did not feel like complaining twice so we dealt with it.”

“Good location”

“We had this room booked for 4 nights, only stayed for 2 nights and then cancelled and went to another hotel in Loveland, Colorado. The air conditioning was non-existent in the foyer / dining area. The room air conditioner we had to turn down to 60 just to cool the room to make it comfortable as it was 103 degrees outside. On the second night, the safe in the room just started beeping and wouldn't stop so the front desk clerk came up and my husband had to carry it to the front counter for her....
