"Only complaint is the heat/ac unit in room was very dusty. It appeared old & in need of a good cleaning or replacement."

"We requested a room on the top floor, but we’re not given that even though there were plenty. We asked for a quiet room, but we’re given one in the middle of all the floor. There was an adjoining room and we could hear their television all night. Our entrance door latch was broken and the door had to be lifted up in order for the catch to engage, otherwise the door would not shut. The safe was broken and would not accept a code. The amenities were minimal and of poor quality. The staff that we encountered were not very pleasant. Location was good, parking was easy and plentiful, breakfast was not bad."

"Hampton Inn should pull its brand. The hotel is in terrible run down condition. Every piece of furniture is scarred and faded, carpets dirty and worn, elevator broken and the other with the control panel in shamble. Tiles cracked long in need of repair. The comforter only has a one sided cover, the shower dripped non stop. This hotel hurts the Hampton Inn and Hilton brand. "

"Beautiful property in a great location! The staff was very friendly and helpful, which definitely made us feel welcomed. There were a few food options, and although we didn’t get to try them all, we would certainly come back to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We will be back! "

"Never been there before, and they offered a tour of the place. Sounded nice until it turned out to be a time share scheme in which my son and I were berated for refusing to take out a 14k loan. They told me I was letting my family down because I would make an impulsive decision. Ruined the whole time, I will never be spending another dime."
