“Dylan was lovely so no concerns with the check in process and being looked after. However the room we were given was poor. Things we noticed, acknowledging there’s works outside (but not in the room were: - Cracked balcony window. - No remote control for the TV and thus only way to turn it off/on was at the wall. - Cold shower. - Grimy kitchen table. - Random bowl of sugar lollies left on top of the fridge. - Old food left in oven. - Did not get the OneKeyReward referenced in the Expedia...

“Having own laundry service was perfect! Room was quiet even while being on a main road. Pool was perfect, we utilised the steam and sauna rooms. Everything was great!”

“Other than being convenient to where I needed to be the hotel itself was lacking. Poorly repaired dings all over the walls, mould all through the bathroom, fixings falling off walls and cleaning staff left the toilet seat half off the toilet and felt this was acceptable. Poor WiFi, no on site restaurant/room service. Only stayed one night but would suggest paying the same price would get you a lot more elsewhere”

“한적한곳에 있어 조용히 쉬기 좋았으며 자기차를 이용할경우는 위치가 좋았다. 그러나 헤어 드라이기를 제공하지 않아 머리 손질이 불편하며 전자레인지가 없어 간단히 시사를 해결하기에는 약간 불편 하였다.”
