"There was no hot water . You complain but no one listens. Plus no refund for in used nights. I am surprised Expedia or booking promotes thinking hotel"

"Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded."
