Room is in need of a deep clean; visible dust on headboards and lamp shades. No natural light due to window facing directly onto a building, so felt claustrophobic. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.

The only issue with the hotel was the elevator. There were two elevators for 14 floors and there was always a wait.
Good breakfast buffet and good rooftop onsen. I think hotel users need to be reminded that the onsen is fully nude as many people broke the rules.
