Great location and friendly staff. I think you should consider investing in larger boilers so it’s possible for a couple to have hot showers one after the other. And also consider renovating the entrance hall, which doesn’t look great due to the rear entrances to the restaurants’ kitchens and the constant smell of food. Other than that it was great. Thanks.

Room was very good, and general property was okay. I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access.

Checkin machine did not work upon arrival. Got support over telephone but took some time. Very nice, clean and roomy apartment located downtown Stavanger with bars, cafes and restaurants int the same street.

Nice clean space, everything you need present, close to citycenter, quiet, huge terras on the rooftop. We realy enjoyed our stay there. Every morning very good coffee and delicious cinnamon rolls arround the corner.

Just like (a not very exciting) home

Had some difficulties getting in, furniture wasn't very comfortable. Guests above us were very loud. Location was good, felt like we were in a half finished ikea display.

we paid four people for two rooms. However, there is only one very small bottle of shampoo and condition. not enough racks for towels. NO kitchen paper towels. Only one run detergent for clothes washer . No dryer so we have to hang clothes to dry. When we checked in, the Auto serve system can not find our booking, so we have to call their center.

Disappointing experience, stay in hotel

The physical condition of the property was nice, updated kitchen bathroom etc. what was disappointing was the lack of air conditioning which required the windows to be open. This led to being woken up every night by the loud crowd in the neighborhood. Specifically, on two nights at 0230-0300 I heard racist comments from the locals. To be specific, f**k you n*gr* being yelled by the local middle eastern individuals. This was highly offensive and I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. As a pro immigration individual it was troublesome to see how the local non-Norwegians acted in the area. After the offensive yelling loud Arabic was spoken and these were the individuals making racist comments. The location was close to the sentrum and that was nice but the loud and offensive comments will have me staying in a hotel vs the frogner apartments going forward. Really feel sad for the individual that was subject to these comments. Hopefully this will cease to exist in the future but was a big disappointment for a visit to Stavanger. It was shocking that this occurs in Norway. I would not let any female member of my family stay in this area. While Frogner Apartments cannot control the locals I felt the need to mention why I was really disappointed.

Masse tull med å komme seg inn, umulig å få fatt i betjeningen. Ringte og ringte i over 2 timer på deres «service» telefon. Helt utrolig dårlig opplevelse.

Veldig bra leilighet

Veldig fin ny opp pussa leilighet. Leier leielighter ca 25 uker i året. Dette var noe av det bedre:-) Akkurat her i Pedersgate var det myldrende liv uten for med mange restauranter, litt syden følelse, men kl 22.00 var det helt stille. Leiligheten ble oppgardert fra en mindre automatisk da denne den var ledig. Fantastisk service:-)

Skuffende opphold, spesielt elendig mat!

Hotellet var nesten tomt, fikk et dårlig rom med utsikt i en vegg, ikke mulig med bytte av rom. Spiste middag i restauranten, hamburger tørr og seig og salaten dvask, pomme frites var ok, men lite sprø. Min mann spiste skanke, det var seig, potetmosen klumpete, bønnene ok! Betjeningen hyggelige, men amatøraktig! Dessert var en Snickers - den prøvde vi ikke, annen dessert var ikke å oppdrive! Flott og variert vinkart! Svømmebassenget kostet ekstra selv om vi bodde på hotellet! Blir nok ikke Soria Moria neste gang!

Kjempebra leilighet på alle vis. Veldig rolig til tross for nærhet til sentrum. Det eneste som trakk ned var den sterke matlukta i gangene i bygget.
