OK location, friendly staff (though somewhat limited opening hours). Apartment had all facilities and was tidy when I arrived. Grocery store near by. Some noise outside but it was bearable. All in all convenient stay.

Better than staying in hotel

Better than staying in hotelOn plus: - localization (very close to heart of the city, like one or two steps but far enough to have a quiet evening), - well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, comfy badroom and living room, terrace with barbecue), - owner (very helpful, kind to give nice tips which will make your stay easier, more health and budget friendly), - fast internet, - additional extension cord, hdmi cable and few other gadgets. On minus: - minor oversights (not working night lamp, broken one of shelves in fridge) - I didn't report it as a problem only because I was there for 3 nights and had tight schedule. I mentioned this minor oversight as a disadvantage only to show you how hard you have to try to not enjoy stay in this nice place. To sum up, I do recommend this place.

Mye støy på natten og litt for langt til sentrum

Veldig mye støy på natta på grunn av festing. Roping i gangene og banking i vegger/dører. Vi synes ikke hverken oppgangen til leiligheten eller selve leiligheten var ryddig eller ren. Helt klart siste gangen vi overnatter her, men takler man litt støy på natta og en gåtur inn til sentrum passer det nok bedre.

No real set of instructions for the space

When we checked in, we were told there was a book with instructions on the flat. When we arrived to the flat, there were no instructions. We didn't know what to do with trash, towels or dishes until after we checked out. The TV remote had no batteries, so we had to buy them ourselves. Even then, the cable was a bit difficult sort out. Also, given the relatively few hours of darkness (zero on some nights), we were expecting more blackout curtains. no such luck outside the bathroom. The single bed in the second room was also very small. The couch had more space. Wasn't an awful experience and once the kinks worked out, we enjoyed our stay, but it definitely could have been better.

Not a hotel....private apartment.

Nice little apt. Well equipped, but black out curtains need improvement. Lack of instruction manuals for washing machine. Lack of basics...salt & pepper. Otherwise v good value.

Nice Stavanger

Nice apartment, maybe the best of our 10 day trip to Norway. Not too far from the centre (just acceptable to come back for an hour rest), but you must climb the hill. Small supermarkt across the park.
