“The hotel appears to be new. Everything is immaculately clean. The staff were very friendly especially Nathan who checked us in. The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up.
