The property is good value for the price, but don't expect a fancy room or facility. Everything worked, and the room was clean. For some reason my Expedia reservation didn't show up, but mgmt worked around that. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The room was simple and nice enough, but if you are staying for longer than one night, don't expect much housekeeping. I stayed for 9 days and only recieved housekeeping once after I specifically had to ask for it at the front deck. And all they did was take the old towels and put in new. Trash bins left full, no vacuuming, slept on the same bedsheets, etc. Loved the front desk attendants, though - super friendly and professional, especially the young man who worked the later day shift.
It was very nice staff were great parking easy
On the breakfast area not much selection .they had alot of sweets butcould get cereal toast juice and milk.
I would go back when have an opportunity. Too.
Price was good too.
They even worked with me since we had to leave early too
I was there on business. This was the only place to stay within 30 min of Stigler. The staff and owner were wonderful! They were kind and accommodating! The room was very dated (which would be ok) except there was only one lock on the door that made me uncomfortable as a woman by herself. Then there was a door that looked to be adjoining to another room that had only one lock! That again made me uncomfortable! The room it self was dirty! The carpet seemed wet and sticky, I had to wear house shoes the whole time. The bed was ok except one of the pillows smelled like an oil rig. The bathtub was clean but the bathroom floor had a bit of dust and hair around the tub and in the corners. I was going to use the drawers but they had shavings or something in them so I opted not to. There was several spider webs close to the ceiling and dust and dirt in the corners and such. Every noise from outside, the next room, etc. was very loud! As I was really only there to sleep and shower it was ok. Also I need to add that the room stayed cool! I always shut off the AC when I leave in the morning and it was still cool when I returned at the end of the day. Again, I need to stress that the staff and owner was extremely kind and accommodating!
This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a clean comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable and thd bathroom was clean. I will be stayimg here again when i return to the area.

Nice but Lacking
The room was nice but the air conditioner sounded like it was going to stop working. Squeeking all night long. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was miniscule. The o ly hot item they offered was coffee. There was a sign that said " only take two items per person ", which ment you really couldnt get a meal. The donuts were half pkgs- so you only got 3 tiny donuts and the bowls for the cereal were really small too.
