“The staff were lovely extremely helpful. The hotel does need a bit of an upgrade things like towels were clean but very worn and thin. Bring your own. Restaurant food was good and breakfast was traditional.”

“The room was large and sparkling clean, with two beds and a seating area. We appreciated the large windows with a street view. The location is perfect— right in the heart of Stirling.”

“The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. “Ended up not being able to visit and they refused to refund any of the money, even though they had a weak notice that we were not going to be able to attend. Horrible people to deal with extremely rude. Do not recommend.”

Our plane delayed and we got to hotel and contact numbers were listed on front door and no one on site. Poor charm factor with plastic ivy on fence.”

“Paid almost £300 for one night including dog fees, and it was nowhere near worth it. The room was tired and poorly maintained, with mould around the windows, damp, cracked walls and tiles, and dirty-looking carpets. Dinner and breakfast were both overpriced and disappointing. The only saving grace was the lovely staff and the beautiful location. We only stayed because we’d driven a long way with our four-year-old. Sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend it at this price.”
