The staff were very helpful and the stay was a good value. Unfortunately, they don't provide washcloths and the sauna was not functioning during my stay. The breakfast and dinner were the highlight of my stay.

Location is good if you are on the road going north, i only spent 1 night. Room is very basic but clean and provides what is needed for a short stay.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. However... Our cruise ship cabin was bigger. View out our window was of the parking lot and some young guys were making noise out there until the wee hours. Bottom line was the value for the money was just not good.

Ok place to stay for the price

Virtual check in which we had trouble doing. Luckily there was someone there that could help us check in. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. It was nice to have a free area with tables where we can sit and have a drink and socialize because the rooms are so tiny we could barely fit our suitcases in. The curtains didn’t cover the windows so in the land of the midnight sun, it was very bright all night long.

A scoop for the price!

Clean and nice hotel. A scoop for the price. The restaurant is the best in Trondheim area. The chef is a genius. Dinner and breakfast are much better here than on all the other more expensive hotels in the area.

I stayed twice within a few days. They accommodated my plans changing which was great. The first room a double on the first floor was very clean. The second time was a single room on the third floor for 2 nights that was only ‘surface’ clean. The towels also need bleaching. The breakfast was amazing! I’ll be back.

Great stay at excellent location for airport

Excellent location for the airport and with pretty view of the lake. We stayed in family room (3 adults) at start and end of holiday driving to Sweden. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and quantity. Only complaint is the bathroom/wet room was so hot and there didn't appear to be a way of adjusting the temperature. I didn't particularly enjoy the automated system to check-in or the hologram lady who made me jump every time when she greeted anyone who walked by! Maybe it's me being 'old school' but I prefer a human!

Clean, quiet and friendly place.

Nice and clean place but a bit far from city but close to the airport. Not a problem if you have a car. Free parking for hotel guests. Firm comfy bed. Big toilet, was suitable for a wheelchair. Self checkin and self purchasing of amenities popular. There was AC in the room but somehow failed to turn on. So a bit difficult to sleep since it was hot summer. Window in many of the other room was wide open so AC " failure" in those as well? Great breakfast and friendly staff. Didnt have energy to try out the small gym even if it was for free.

Lovely location on the fjord. Walkable to a nice beach and shops/restaurants. Very clean and felt safe. Breakfast was lovely with restaurant overlooking the fjord. Rooms basic and probably not suitable for longer stays. One big issue is the car park goes right up to the hotel windows. The main entrance is also right next to rooms. There is also a sitting/smoking area at the front of the hotel, again next to rooms. This meant that the noise of cars/taxis/people/motorbikes was really, really bad! My apple watch recorded I was woken 9 times in one night. Taxis we’re right next to our window, picking people up for the airport at all hours. Ask for a room on a higher floor or at the back and you should be fine! The rooms also didn’t have air con. The walls seem to have insulated panels which is great for Norway winters but not great when its 20 degrees outside and you can’t open the windows for traffic noise.

Great little hotel near the airport. The rooms are small, but they are clean and the atmosphere in the staff are fantastic. They have a great dining room that we can go after two socialize and hang out. We stayed here when we first arrived in Norway and then we came back for the last night before we left Norway because we really enjoyed The atmosphere of this hotel

I did not like it that everything had to be done on a pad or screen. When I checked in I nearly paid for my stay again. This should not be. The accommodation was exceptional but i like to be able to talk to a receptionist.
