It is actually not a hotel but sleep rooms only. It is actually a part of Playzone with pub. The reception of the Bo hotel is actually the check in Boston style pub and bar. Which is confusing as you look for an actual hotel reception. Overall wifi, rooms are good for sleep and couple travelling but doesn’t have enough space for luggage. Good for 1 or 2 night sleep over.

Windowless cell sold as hotel room

Windowless hotel cell. Windowless cells are not hotel rooms, certainly if this isn t flagged at booking - u comfortable and extremely claustrophobic stay. Hotel itself is in the arena and difficult to find with google. Entry is via casino, reception is in the sportsbar and breakfast in a nearby cafe. Room was clean yet overwhelming feature the lack of window, air, light.

OK for a short stay. Hotel located in a soccer arena, under a bridge by a busy street. Still noises are in limits. Offer was with breakfast, which had to be picked up in a coffee shop in the enclosed shopping mall - not ideal.

Excellent location really friendly staff. Very small claustrophobic room. Stained mattress protector but otherwise very clean. Very good value for one or two nights whilst visiting the arena. Excellent bar and eatery associated with the hotel

Bo Quirky

Overall a pleasant hotel with comfy beds, close to the stadium (underneath) and restaurants and shopping centre so location is amazing. However due to this the room is a bit cosy (beds face the window and tricky to walk between the end and the window. Also no room for a cupboard for clothes/hot water facilities. So the idea is to use the O Leary's restaurant which you have to go to to check in which once done was ok and to be fair handled well by the staff who cover both. Staff were pleasant and friendly and happy to help.

The hotel is very pleasant and clean, and excellent value for money. You can definitely have a good night’s sleep here. The breakfast is quite basic, but it does the trick in the early morning. The hotel is located inside the Tele2 Arena and next to Globen, which means there is some travel time constantly if you want to visit the city’s sights, but then there’s an excellent metro connection for that.

We arrived at the time the email said we could check in and we could not get in. The sign on the door said it did not open for several more hours. No one was around. We were unable to reach a person by phone. The hotel was literally underneath the soccer arena and not convenient to the city center. We bailed and stayed at another hotel.

To check in hotel you have to go into the Boston restaurant but that isn’t open during summer so you have to go across into O’Learys. Most of the time there is no one to help you, it’s all done self service. We wanted to store our luggage, as its states on their site that it is an option, but no one was working to facilitate that. We came to the reception in O’Learys at 9:30 am, not opened, then came back at 11:30 am since check out was at 12 and still no one working. I found someone not affiliated with the hotel but somehow worked at Olearys, who opened the coat check room so we could leave our bags for a few hours. They do offer a breakfast which is in the empty restaurant with no one working so you just awkwardly walk in the empty restaurant to help yourself. It was one of the most uncomfortable and awkward hotel experiences. This hotel works if you want zero interaction, extras, and you’re doing something specifically at Globen otherwise it’s a waste of money to stay there.

Good experience!

Positive: - Great location - really close to the metro station, supermarket and a few other shops and cafes are just a few meters on foot. Police station and also close by. - we took a twin room and it had all the needed amenities. The room is clean and the room service was good - we had the towels changed and the room cleaned every day - check in process was rather smooth - we did have a few challenges trying to understand how to get in, but once got in we have had a very smooth experience - staff at the hotel is really friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the sink and turned for help with it. The issue was addressed fast and we did not experience any challenges going forward Room for growth and considerations: - possibly having a small fridge/kettle could make our stay more comfortable - the hotel is located close by to some clubs which can be an issue for some people with sensitive sleep. Was not an issue for us at all, though :) - could add more options for breakfast: maybe more fish or other dishes with eggs (fried, for instance). Overall breakfast is good: some fresh veggies, hard boiled eggs, fish spread, ham, fruits, cereals and bread. Vegan milk and butter were also provided - as I ve mentioned, it was a bit difficult to understand where to go in order to check in. Could have been just me but possibly being more verbose over email/signs could help here Overall, very happy with this hotel - great value for the price.

Då jag bott på dom flesta hotellen i Sthlm ger jag Bo Hotell bästa betyget av alla hotell på grund av personalens positiva och professionella uppträdande. Nämnas kan närheten till affärer, andra restauranger och det närheten till det mesta man behöver.

Dåligt skyltat och ingen reception. Får ringa för att få vägbeskrivning till en restaurang för incheckning. Ofräscht och slitet rum. Orent. Frukost serverades inte på skrivna tider. Över 1h senare än vad som står på informationen på rummet. Frukost serveras också ca 75-100m från hotellet. Jour telefon svarar ej när Hotels.com försöker få tag på hotellet.

Praktiskt med bra lokalisation

Hotellet är praktiskt, bra lokalisation men bra kommunikation med kollektivtrafik, receptionen på O´learys var toppenbra, personalen hade allt redo för att komma in, var trevliga och skickliga. Rummet var rent, lite små men bra för priset och ändamål. Frukost anordnas i samarbete med Espresso House men Hotellet förklarar inte att lördag och söndag serveras från 900-1100 vilket är något sent jämfört med andra hotell vi har varit i och gjorde att vi inte kunde använda den på lördag då vi hade planer som började tidigare, det borde står a liten frukost ingår men också att det blir sent på helger. Något som inte var ett problem för oss men kanske bra att veta är att hotellet ligger ovanpå O´learys tolvs vilket gör att man hör folket som går utanför hotellet och skriker, sjunger m.m.
