APPALLING

APPALLING SERVICE Made an advance booking and added a note that I'm terribly scared of heights so would appreciate a bottom bunk bed. When checking in around 9am they advised they would not be able to honour the request. They gave me the key but the room was not ready until 12 and they asked me to store luggage in a separate facility. I have asked if they could approve cancellation and refund in that case and they said that they would but I need to contact the booking platform to get this through. I then was hanging on hold trying to get through to an agent who spent ages trying to get through to them and he then advised that it will take up to 4 days to complete the refund approval process and refund my money but also reassured me that since hotel verbally confirmed they would be happy to do so, I have nothing to worry about. That would about 11am (official check out deadline) so I returned to the hostel to hand in my key. The same lady at the counter then advised me that they will not approve my refund request because it's too late and 'i already took the key' I do appreciate that it was a late cancellation and that they cannot guarantee if I get upper or bottom bed (although at this point I'm certain they haven't even tried to accommodate my request). What I do not appreciate is being lied to which led me to waste 2h of my short trip to Stockholm trying to change my booking. Also, reception staffed only a few hours a day - no way to get a towel when checking in the eve

Riktigt bra ställe!!

Bra: Härliga sängar. Mycket bra kök! Bra service: jag kunde komma in och få rumsnyckeln efter stängning! Och jag fick hjälp att komma in i mitt rum efter att sonen låst in nycklarna, trots att det var efter att receptionen stängt. Det var mycket tyst på natten, trots det centrala läget! Brister: Ingen frys i köket Lite för varmt i rummet Lite för het dusch

Nice stay but noisy beds

This hostel was nice kind of hard to find at first but overall it was a pretty good experience. The beds are very loud and noisy so watch out for that but they were clean and somewhat comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were nice and big and non mixed.

Nice and clean. The receptionist Sara was very friendly, helpful and professional. Bus stops are nearby, as well as 7/11. We like this place.

스톡홀름에서 싱글룸 묵고 싶은데 호텔은 비싸고, 그렇다고 도미토리 8인 1룸 이런곳 가고 싶지 않으면 추천. 미리 예약했어서 그런지 싱글룸 1박 4만원 후반대에 예약했고, 3박동안 큰 불편 없이 잘 쓰다가 갑니다. 중앙역에서 걸어올 수 있을만큼 가깝고 동네 치안도 괜춘. 근처에 coop 크게 있어서 싸게 먹을 수 있음. 호스텔 내 주방에는 냉장고, 앵간한 조리기구, 그릇, 조미료 다 있음. 욕실은 공용에 개인 칸막이 있지만 바닥이 공용이라 남이 씻는물 저한테도 오는건 단점이라면 단점 + 수건 기본 제공 없음. 20kr + 호스텔 내 음주금지! + 리셉션이 9시~6시까지만 열어서 늦은 체크인이나 짐보관에는 시간 계산이 필요합니다. (늦은 체크인을 위한 출입 및 키 받는 방법이 별도로 있는것 같은데 머리아프실수도 있으니)

Auberge à recommander sans hésiter !

Séjour parfait dans cette auberge ! Situation centrale idéale avec plusieurs commodités à proximité (Metro, cafés, supermarché, gare centrale pour trains et bus). Auberge très propre et calme malgré la situation en centre ville. L’excellente situation georgraphique permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. Cuisine équipée mise à disposition, si l’on souhaite de faire à manger soi même lorsque comme cela était mon cas, vous voyagez avec un budget. Possibilité de stocker votre nourriture dans le frigo en marquant vos produits avec des étiquettes fournies. Il y a aussi des banettes avec quelques aliments de base mis à disposition gratuitement. Accès sécurisé aux chambres avec badges électronique. Badge également à utiliser pour accéder à l’auberge quand vous rentrez après 18h et que la réception est fermée. Personnel accueillant, gentil, à l’écoute et capable de vous conseiller sur les meilleures choses à faire à Stockholm. Chaque chambre dispose également d’un classeur contenant beaucoup de conseils et astuces pour vous aider au bon déroulement de vos vacances à Stockholm! Voyageant beaucoup et séjournant principalement en auberges de jeunesse, c’était la première fois que je découvrais une télé initiative de la part d’une auberge, détail très appréciable. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cet établissement lors de prochaines vacances à Stockholm, qui par ailleurs est une ville superbe !

Superbe endroit !

Pour un premier voyage en Suède je suis ravie. Situation geographique en centre ville idéale. Petits commerces de proximité, cafés, un petit supermarché Coop à une rue de l’hôtel, un arrêt de métro (Radhuset) à un bloc, situé à dix minutes à pieds de la gare centrale, d’où je suis arrivée de l’aéroport principal via une navette directe en 45min. Parfait ! J’ai fait la majorité de mes visites à pieds, grâce à l’excellente situation géographique. Établissement très propre (chambres et parties communes) et calme, même en étant situé en centre-ville. Une cuisine entièrement équipée vous permet de cuisiner vos propres repas si vous voyagez avec un budget et souhaitez éviter d’aller au restaurant tous les jours. Frigo à disposition pour stocker vos restes de nourriture aussi que vous pouvez marquer à l’aide d’étiquettes. Quelques aliments de base etaient à disposition gratuitement. Accès sécurisé aux chambres avec badge électronique. Double verrou permettant de verrouiller la chambre de l’intérieur. Badge que vous pouvez également utiliser pour accéder à l’auberge après fermeture de la réception. Personnel gentil et à l’écoute. Sara, une des hôtesses de la réception m’a été de très bons conseils pour mes visites des différentes attractions de Stockholm. A pris le temps également de m’expliquer comment me rendre à certains endroits de la ville. Aussi lorsqu’elle me croisait en fin de journée, avec toujours un mot gentil me demandait comment s’était passé ma journée. Je recommande !

Отличный Хостел - советую

Это первый опыт проживания в Хостеле - те. в одной комнате с несколькими незнакомыми людьми. Все оказалось не так страшно, как думал заранее. Сам хостел очень чистый, аккуратный. Кровать большая и удобная. Постельное белье выдается бесплатно. Но за полотенце отдельно нужно заплатить примерно 2 евро (в местной валюте). Сама комната просторная, никто в спину не дышит. В номере есть индивидуальный шкафчик, рюкзак\одежда влезает...желательно предусмотреть свой навесной замок (по умолчанию замка нет). Над каждой койкой индивидуальная подсветка и 1 розетка. Вход в хостел и свои номера по электронному ключу (выдают при заселении). WiFi на всей территории ловит хорошо, интернет не тормозил. На кухне есть микроволновка, плита, холодильник, чайник, тостер, общая посуда. Всегда в наличии бесплатный чай и кофе в течение дня...и в стоимость проживания включены завтраки!!! Утром дают хлопья с молоком, хлеб с сыром/ветчиной/огурцом...апельсиновый и яблочный сок на выбор - ешь и пей сколько лезет - для хостела более чем нормально. сть зона отдыха с ТВ, книгами, играми, отдельное помещение с компьютерами и доступом в Интернет. Если нужно на месте распечатать документы - без проблем можно сделать. Вход/выход в хостел круглосуточный по электронному ключу. Проживающих проездом мигрантов арабов и тд. замечено не было. Было пару африканцев и арабов, но одеты были опрятно и брезгливости не вызывали. В основном молодежь группами...возраст 20-30 лет. Общий туалет и душевые, может не очень комфортно

Location, location, location!

Best part was the location, on the center, near everything. 10-minute walk to Central train Station. Only bad thing was the space.... tight, and the hostel wasn't that full. Breakfast was OK, but maneuvering around the small kitchen with people was a challenge.
