"Sauberkeit war top. Entäuschend das Büro. Meine Kaution soll einbehalten werden weil ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe. Ich habe einen Code von dem Büro bekommen. Wir sind einen tag früher abgereist. Ich habe den Schlüssel deshalb in den Tresor gelegt neben dem Büro. Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

"Nach ankunft erstmal erfahren das es kein büro mehr gibt. Also auch kein Ansprechpartner traurig aber war. 2 stunden zimmer gesucht. Am fenster vom alten Büro stehen telefonnummer dran und man erreicht da keinen. Dann steht noch ein code dran zum anmelden und funktionierte auch wieder nicht. Nie wieder."

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. Der Check Out war ebenfalls einsilbig/einwortig mit "Danke", als ich auf der Liste gefunden wurde. Kein "Hatten Sie einen guten Aufenthalt?", nichts. Auch wenn das Apartment an sich nett ist,...
