"Le divan lit était terrible impossible d’arrêter l’air climatisé aucune couverture d’extra nous avions réservé pour 4 mais juste des serviettes et verres pour 2 dans la chambre se faire dire aucune disponibilité au restaurant même avec des tables libres malgré le fait que nous sommes avec 2 dames de 85 ans et il pleut dehors aucun parapluie disponible à la réception très déçu et n’y retournons plus"

"The hotel was ok but there were 3 things that can improve 1. Is a central air conditioning so the control on the wall is basically for on and off. (You can’t change the temperature in the room). 2. The bed back sounded to loud everytime someone move. 3. No safe deposit box. Other than that good location and good staff."

"The lobby was bright and clean, the staff was reasonably friendly and the room was mediocre at best. The thing that kinda threw me off was that the hallway leading from the lobby to the room was absolutely disgusting. It was dark, dingy, smelled bad, and had stains all over the carpet and walls. The room itself seemed clean enough, but it was difficult to feel clean after walking down that hallway. Had I not been travelling with my parents, I probably could have overlooked it, but after walking that hallway my parents were so put off that I felt uncomfortable knowing that they were justifiably uncomfortable."

"Le lit était très confortable! Le spa ouvert jusqu'à 23:00 nous a permis d'en profiter! Par contre, Si vous voulez prendre un drink sur place, soyez en avisé, un drink bin normal (dans mon cas,mojitos) a 18$.. (j'aurais pu aller l'acheté une bouteille de rhum ça m'aurait coûter le même prix..) sinon nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans notre chambre.. elle a fini par fonctionner après 30minutes à la faire couler et même encore, l'eau chaude était tiède.. bref c'est bien mais disons j'avais des attentes plus élevées pour un "5 étoiles" je n'y retournerai malheureusement pas.."
