“The appartment was clean, well equiped with everything I needed. I was very tired and confused upon my arrival, the staff were easy to contact and helpful. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Roman Baths, thermal spa, and rail station. I felt secure and didnt have any issues with noise. They don't have an elevator, which I knew when I booked. I would stay here again.”

“It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.”

We were able to bring our dog due to the cottages being dog friendly which meant our little pup also had a lovely weekend away with us.
