"The room could have been cleaned better. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and the toilet wasn't clean enough. I didn't mind since we were only staying one night. The view from our room was very nice. Breakfast could have been better. It's a mid-range hotel."

"Overall, I would describe this as a decent hotel experience. The breakfast was undeniably one of the best we have had during our travels and was easily one of the highlights of our stay. In terms of location, the hotel was also very convenient, with excellent access to both the metro system and airport transportation. I genuinely have no complaints in that regard. That said, there was an issue with one of the elevators being out of service, and unfortunately, this was not communicated to us during check-in. Given the number of guests staying at the hotel at the time, the situation resulted in noticeable delays and made the overall experience somewhat less comfortable than it otherwise could have been. Would the experience have been improved if the staff had simply informed guests of the issue in advance? I would say yes. Clear communication would have helped set expectations and avoided unnecessary confusion. Had the elevator situation been handled more effectively, I am confident that the stay would have been considerably more pleasant overall."

"Clean, spacious apartment-style room with magnetic key cards. Smooth check-in + check-out process though communication with host via Expedia was a bit slow at times. Gave clean towels and plenty of toilet paper. Kitchenette was clean and included a microwave, mini fridge (no freezer), sink, water kettle, and stove top. It came fully equipped with plates, utensils, sponge, and dish detergent. Washer dryer was also a lifesaver for us! There was also a nice balcony through the window which gave some nice fresh air - notably there’s no AC (but that’s pretty common for Europe anyway), though we stayed in mid-June and it was no problem. Overall very clean, safe, and spacious - we were impressed and had a great stay!"

"We loved staying at the Maya apartments! It was very clean and just as described online. It was very convenient to get to downtown central and there were many grocery stores nearby. We weren’t able to change the temperature in our room but it was comfortable enough as it was about 24 Celsius. The beds were comfortable and the directions to check in and out were simple and easy to follow. We did have to figure out you had to push* then the code to activate the locks and then it was simple to get in and out! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay with the kitchen and washer available and so handy."
