The hotel was in a perfect location for us, close enough to the train station but also close enough to the historic centre. Having breakfast included was definitely nice to start our day and there was a good selection. My only concern was there was no hand sanitizer in the breakfast area and on multiple days I witnessed several people coughing, sneezing and blowing their noses and then going up to get food or use the coffee machine.

Great location. Walkable to station and all shops. Staff very helpful and forgiving of my terrible attempt at French! Super kind and friendly. Room was clean and light and airy. Our hotel room was nice and clean. Staff was nice but breakfast is quite average and many times dishes were dirty. There are two hotels in the building and in our second day, some random person from the street entered many times from the second hotel side. Stole coffee, food including dishes and left. There is nothing to secure your stuff during the hotel breakfast.. Parking is quite expensive and the voucher hotel gave us for discount did not work.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place!

existing reviews dont do justice to this comfy and very convenient hotel, located in a modern shopping mall, just steps from strasbourg historic city center. this is an excellent budget hotel, not just a good one. the hotel facilities look fairly new, rooms are clean, and the hotel staff is very helpful. big bonus for me the free entry card to w nearby fully equipped gym. would strongly recommend

There's a reason why I m a regular.

It's basic but comfortable. Good working ac and simple but plentiful breakfast. Reception are all really nice. It's also bang in the heart of Strasbourg within a department store and two bus stops right outside. Tram stop is just two mins on foot.

Basic hotel with good location

Average hotel with average service. The room was basic with a nice bed. It was quiet and you can make it dark, so you could get a nice sleep there. Double room was ok for one person, but with two persons it would have been a bit too tight. No water kettle or a fridge, but you could get some boiled water from the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast was just very basic, nothing green. The cutlery was also dirty, so felt a little awkward to eat.
