Positives: The bed was comfortable, it was nice having a sink in the room, the hotel was right next to a tram station which as well as a Carrefour (super convenient!) and I liked the keypad lock system because it meant that I didn't have to bring a key or access card around with me. Additionally, both my room and the communal bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Negatives: I wish there were more options for breakfast, I found the lighting in my room to be quiet dim, and there was no air conditioner so prepare to boil. Overall, I found the hotel to have great value for the price.

Terrible Experience

I will never book a F1 hotel again. There was no towel in the bathroom, and I didn't find anywhere the informativo that the towels would not be provided. I've spent 4 days in Strasbourg and the rooms was not made in none of the days. Terrible experiencie.

Unhygienic, shared toilets/showers

Unfortunately I did not realize that there was no toilet or shower in the hotel room when I reserved it. The toilets shared by the entire floor did not have a sink, soap, or water to wash your hands. Also, there were no trash cans in the toilet rooms so women who have that time of the month have to grab their items and leave the bathroom with them in their hands - incredibly unhygienic and undignified.

Quatre déceptions

Bonjour. Avant la réservation (même si c'était noté sur le site de réservation, que le règlement sera effectué sur place) j'ai demandé au numéro 0 891 70 54 01 si je peux régler sur place par chèques vacances; On ma répondu OUI. Mais en arrivant sur place j'ai découvert que le règlement est déjà prélevé sur mon compte. Le même jour, j'ai écrit à vous, mais jusque là aucune réponse. Si vous annuler le règlement, je suis toujours prêt à envoyer mes chèques à l'hôtel tout de suite. Deuxième déception, c'est malgré qu'on m'a été prélevé la somme de 188,44€, on m'a attribué la chambre sans la salle de bain. A ma question le réceptionniste de ce soir (le 11/07/2025), m'a changé la chambre pour une somme de 10,00€, mais les factures de 188,44€ il a laissé intactes. Troisième déception, sur la facture de petit déjeuner, c'estait indiqué les 11, 12 et 13 juillet. A ma question pourquoi pas 12, 13 et 14 juillet à lesquels je vais prendre les petits déjeuners, le même réceptionniste m'a dit que ce sont les nuitées. Mais la réceptionniste de ce matin m'a dit que n'ai pas le petit déjeuner. Seulement après avoir vu mes factures et avoir entendue mes explications, elle m'a permis de prendre le petit déjeuner. Ce n'est pas une grande chose, mais, acceptez, ça gâche quand même l'impression. Et la quatrième déception. Le lendemain de mon arrivée, le 12/07, j'ai demandé le réceptionniste de déboucher la canalisation de la douche. Finalement, je l'ai fait moi-même en demandant les gants de c

Ok für eine Nacht. Die Matratze was sehr sehr weicher Schaumstoff mit einem Bettlaken überzogen. Hauptsächlich habe ich die Oberfläche des Bettrahmens (MDF Platte) gefühlt. Duschrn waren bis ca. 1,50m gesäubert (mit einem Wasserstrahl abgestühlt, nehr nicht) Alles darüber was verschimmelt. Zigarettenstummel im Luftabzug.

Tout s'est très bien passé, calme mis à part le monsieur qui a nettoyé les douches au jet d'eau à 4h du matin... J'entends bien que cela doit être fait, mais on sait bien que les F1 ne sont pas réputés pour l'isolation phonique et là c'était très très bruyant pourtant j'étais au bout du couloir :o
