"What a great hotel!! We had a wonderful stay!! The room was SO clean, and the beds were amazing! (My grandson said it felt like he was sleeping on a cloud) The time we spent in the pool and the hot tub was absolutely wonderful!! My daughter and grandsons LOVED the pool, but for me, it was all about the hot tub! As far as the complimentary breakfast went, it was like eating in a restaurant and not a hotel. This was not your usual continental breakfast, but a FULL breakfast. The food was delicious! I am disabled, and I was so grateful to the kind and courteous staff for their willingness to help me out if I needed it. I travel quite often with my family, and if our journeys take us through Syracuse, we will DEFINITELY stay at the Syracuse Grand again!!!"
