"Older hotel in need of updates. One set of towels each. No tissues in bathroom. No in plug in sink. Anything dropped would be gone forever. Bathroom floor was higher than room floor. A real pain in the toe in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean just in need of updates."

"We liked that it was clean and the staff very nice and attentive. What we didn’t liked was how loud was the sound of the ac when it turned on and that we were woke up by the cleaning staff very early both days knocking on doors waking everyone up screaming room service and knocking even when we had the sign to do not disturb. We were supposed to check out by 11 and around 8:30 we were woken up by them."

"They were unable to honor our request which was arranged prior to arriving on site, so we felt it was a switch and bait and they were not able to refund us or provide ua with documentation to help with insurance claims."
