โUn magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno.
Personal un poco distante.
Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico

โAlmost everything in the room is with wood furniture. Itโs clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. Itโs also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.โ
โPerfect location with 20mins walk to Krupowki, Termy zakopianskie or even to a trail walk. Apartment was so nicely decorated for Christmas. Perfect for family of 4. Good value for money. Under block parking space was additional benefit.โ

โI loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. The place around the property was also beautiful offering marvellous views.
Staff was very friendly and not to mention the food... DELICIOUS. One of the best breakfasts buffets I've ever had in hotels - and the ladies offer to cook something hot to it whether it's sausages, omelette, scrambled...

Check-out time is a little bit early I guess.
The swimming pool opens at 10:00.
Therefore, you cannot use the pool in the morning of the check-out day.
Breakfast is relatively good. But the dinner is so-so. There are not many selections.
