Excellent staff, very clean, convenient, safe, parking, and awesome restaurant and bar on site. Food was excellent!! So good to come home to each day. Great for families and business alike.

This Little inn in the harbor of Portsmouth was so charming! Jeremy was the best and took very good care of us. The breakfast was impeccable and our room was adorable. I would highly recommend this little gem.

The room was way fun. They also had cookies and milk in the room to welcome us. They also provided breakfast at the restaurant. Food was slow but was way good.

Very nice Pub and Inn in the village of Soberton. The staff was friendly and accommodating. In the restaurant the food was excellent.

A lovely, very well maintained inn with a restaurant and pub, within walking distance of the ferry terminal. First rate menu with daily specials including fresh seafood. Pub has local ales on hand-pull. Spotless clean rooms with daily maid service. Friendly and competent staff. Note that this establishment is located in a residential neighborhood, so no other stores nearby.

We were so comfortable staying at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were absolutely amazed at the space available to the guests in the common area!

Extremely close to the Historic Dockyard. Good breakfast and the bar and service was very nice.

Granted, it’s not the most lavish hotel room I’ve ever had but you simply can’t get a better location! Breakfast is included and Wi-Fi doesn’t require a pesky password. Shopping is right outside the door (the hotel is actually part of a shopping mall) and there are tons of restaurants around, many of which offer discounts to guests of the hotel. Came in on a cruise ship. At 9:30 am we arrived by cab, not knowing if we would have to wait until 2:00 check in. They actually checked us in upon arrival and we were able to relax and not worry about dragging our luggage around. I would have given an excellent rating except for the carpeting that was quite stained in our room. The bar/restaurant was great with good food and beer. Saved us from going out.

Quiet, convenient location. Staff was excellent…check-in was super easy and provided information for next day transportation to cruise ship. Restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.
