“Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ...

“Parking is secure, but a little tight to gain access if you have an extra large car, the building is lovely very oldy worldy feel, staff are lovely friendly & helpful, food, good choice & breakfast was lovely, only complaint it could have all been hotter. but would stay here again.”

“Brilliant location for Poole Quay. Family room spacious, quiet and clean. Disappointing there was no view out of windows not even a glimpse as totally blocked by white permanent shuttering. I don't care if the view is not great but too see the sky would be good. I'm sure there is good reason why shuttered as doesn't make sense otherwise. “Hotel is in great location but the car park is a public car park. So in busy times you could end up with no space although it’s a large car park. And it’s rough, loose stones and not flat. The staff are lovely, very helpful. We had a lovely sea view room, comfortable bed, nice bedding, not huge and the en suite is quite snug, but lovely and clean and modern. Nice to have cooked to order breakfast, overall a good place to stay.”
