Good place in a fairly quiet section of town

Friendly, quiet place. The balconies in the rooms are a nice touch! Staff was very helpful.

Twin room stay

Pleasant twin room on second floor overlooking the back of the shops/restaurants on the next road. No kettle, but had one delivered with 2 glasses !! No a/c but had balcony/door to let air in. Car park at the rear of the hotel found it by accident but then very easy to get into the hotel. Not many restaurants around.

The property was not suitable for staying in and I would not recommend it to anyone unfortunately. A smell of food and cigarettes permeated everything. Shower or bath was not suitable for anyone to use. The first room I was assigned didn't have light bulbs, nor power in the sockets. The second room I was assigned had a leaky faucet and broken window handle. The couches within the rooms gave a certain smell of unclean. Save yourself trouble and book elsewhere if staying in Stuttgart.

The property is basic, as are the rooms. No kettle in the room (asked for one, never arrived), bathroom door lock fitted the wrong way round, so it locks from the outside, and stiffling hot at night with the added bonus of no air-conditioning.

Had room on top floor. Was noisy on the street all night, rooms are not soundproof at all. Additional fees at check-in are overpriced. Room was not as pictured in the photos. No balcony. Chairs are worn out. I was disappointed.

What a crap hotel!!!

Super easy to do self check in using the “hotelmat” machine BUT, couldn’t use the underground parking space. Worst experience ever to find the allocated room #48 which was not displayed at the 4th floor. Had to check multiple times and finally to call the hotel at the mobile no but the person was speaking terrible English. Some way we managed to understand each other and got info that the room is located under the roof and “ private” space. Finally after 1 h of this chaos we managed to locate the “unlisted” room 48. Inside were 35* C, no AC… luckily the window was large, unsafe and had to sleep all night with it opened. This hotel is nothing than a joke!!!

Overall good

This hotel was good for the price we paid, around £50 a night. The rooms were large and the bathrooms modern and clean. The lighting was a bit lacking in our room so that could perhaps be updated. There was a floor lamp for extra light but it had no bulb in. The room didn't smell of smoke, which after staying in some other Germany hotels was a bonus! The corridors did smell smoky. Tbe parking was convenient and only 9.50 for the night. It'd be good to have the option of a second pillow. On our return at 10.30pm one evening we couldn't get into the hotel as the door catch wasn't releasing. There was no one inside but thanfully we were able to get in through the car park instead. We had to let in another guest who'd been stuck outside for a while waiting. I assume this technical fault was a one off and hopefully resolved now.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'hôtel est assez joli et le quartier est animé. Le Wi-Fi est devenu inaccessible quelques fois. Précisons que la place de stationnement souterraine coûte quinze euros la nuit et qu'on peut y accéder par la Sankt-Pöltener-Straße. Il s'agit en fait du parking utilisé par Edeka mais il existe une partie réservée aux clients de l'hôtel au fond accessible en ouvrant une porte coulissante grâce à la carte de l'hôtel.

Im Flur zum Zimmer war es sehr sehr warm und im Zimmer selbst war es sehr warm. Nur mit Ventilator ertragbar und nachts nur mit geöffneten Fenster schlafbar. Kühlschrank war nicht eingeschaltet, schade, dass ich kein Frühstück zubuchen konnte. Hotel ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Würde wieder kommen

Unsere Zimmer war ganz oben im Dachgeschoss, in der Beschreibung stand was von einem Ventilator und den hätte wir auch wircklich nötig gehabt. Was ebenfalls schlimm war das der Raum nach Rauchgestunken hat vorallem das Bad einfach nur widerlich. Was jedoch wircklich unverständlich und man nur als geldgierig bezeichnen kann ist das frühstück. Wer würde ganz ehrlich "15" Euro für ein solches Buffet ausgeben? So was ist eine unverschämtheit. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.
