Reception was pleasant upon arrival. I immediately asked where to park and was told to drive around back of the building. Once I got there, I hit "REZEPTION" on the buzzer and eventually the bar came up. Two days later upon checkout I mention that it takes a long time to get the garage open, and I'm asked why I'm not using my card. I never received a 'card' for parking. So AFTER checking out, she demands to know WHO checked me in and why I didn't PAY for parking. Even though the first question I asked prior to even receiving the hotel room card was to inquire about parking. So then they DEMANDED I now pay €30 in order to leave the garage. No apologies for their mistake
Just 'shut up/pay up'. Too bad, it wasn't a horrible place, but absolutely no finesse at Customer Service. I won't stay there again.
