"Good hotel"

"My trip had a rocky start when I arrived. The management quickly remedied the issues that I encountered to make my trip enjoyable. The staff was very on point with the customer service recovery. I was moved to a great room with one of the most incredible view of the Hudson. They accommodate my spa treatment even during their renovation. I can’t wait to return back for another amazing experience. A minor issue was phone service was poor, but I was able to do WiFi calling."

"This inn with cabins is a gorgeous setting with a nice vegetable garden, the setting is a bit remote and we like it, very quiet, unfortunately the restaurant was close."

"Parking ok; bathroom shampoo, conditioner, body wash needs to be addressed-no shampoo and had 2 conditioners, and couldn't get the body wash to work"

"This was the perfect place to stay! We had easy access to parking on the street. The owner communicated with us about keyless entry into the building and our room. The building and our room were decorated with a classy style. We wish we had stayed longer."

"I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was booked out, but besides hearing some light noise above us the next day, it was...
